Ready-to-Ship Items

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Please contact me before sending an item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Made-to-Order & Personalized Items

Because these items are specially made for you, made-to-order, custom, and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery, with a description and photographs of the issue.

I will work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution, such as a repair, replacement, or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds for discretionary returns will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable for discretionary returns.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer-protection laws.
